As per the guidelines of UGC and the Supreme Court an Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee has been established by the college to provide a healthy atmosphere to the students of the college. Anti Sexual Harassment Committee deals with issues relating to sexual harassment.
Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) has been established in the college to aid and advise the students belonging to marginalized sections including the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Communities (OBCs), minority communities, etc. pursuing education in our Institution.
BMSECAC ensures a student-friendly environment. The constitution of the Counselling Cell is a part of our continual effort to create a conducive atmosphere. This cell deals with non-academic grievances, while mentors sort out academic matters.
Confidentiality is a legal requirement of counselling, and is strictly maintained. Confidence issues, choosing the right career path, making choices in the various parts of life, self-doubt, peer pressure, relationship issues are only some of the problems that young people often face.

Human Rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination Keeping these guidelines in the forefront, BMSECAC formed the Human Rights Protection Cell to raise awareness among students about the concept of Human Rights and the importance of it in today’s society.
