The Anti-Ragging Cell of the College is a vigilant statutory body constituted to prevent, prohibit and eliminate the practice of ragging in all its forms. The Cell works proactively to create awareness among students and parents regarding the consequences of ragging and the rights of students, particularly newly admitted learners.
The Committee implements anti-ragging measures in strict compliance with the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Government of Karnataka. The College follows a Zero-Tolerance Policy towards ragging and any student found guilty of engaging in ragging shall be dealt with severely in accordance with the provisions of the law and institutional regulations.
The Anti-Ragging Cell ensures a safe, secure and inclusive academic environment for all students and conducts periodic reviews and awareness initiatives to uphold discipline and student welfare.
